Microsoft Application Support Analyst.

Microsoft Application Support Analyst required by Milton Keynes market leader to work on their Dynamics CRM system, Azure services and SQL back end.

This is a key permanent hire paying in the region of £50k with 2 days in the Milton Keynes office and 3 working from home, the first 4-6 weeks however and through the training phase you will be based in Milton Keynes 5 days a week.

You'll work closely with technical support, infrastructure development teams, and third-party suppliers to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, deploy software, and manage data. In addition to this configuration and integration with the Dynamics CRM, applying software updates and supporting the entire Microsoft product spectrum will be your remit!

You should have a proven background of working in a Microsoft and SQL Server environment and be familiar with supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and NAV or Business Central). Experience with web architecture, web-based applications, Microsoft Power Apps, Azure services, and Azure DevOps is highly advantageous.
