Our Process.
Job Requirement: It’s easy to find you a “specialist” but we prefer to find you the “perfect specialist”. That’s why the requirement briefing is the most important part of the recruitment process.
Finding that perfect match: Our network is already brimming with quality specialists. Our team use their expertise to target people with the right competency levels, skills, and experience. It’s very rare we actively place job ads, as most of our specialists are sourced via our network.
Candidate Assessment: Through direct communication we find out what makes our candidates tick, what their hopes and aspirations are and, more importantly, whether they are going to fit in with your current culture. Meanwhile, we carry out all the necessary background checks to validate them – pre-employment, validity to work in the UK and so on…
Candidate Shortlist: Typically, we like to only put forward two or three specialist CV's for each position.
Interview: With demand outweighing supply, interviews have become more of a two way process. This is your opportunity to promote not only the position but your organisation, to include culture, training, career progression and benefits.
Feedback: In an extremely competitive marketplace, where specialists have multiple options, a quick turnaround with feedback (good or bad) is key to keeping our specialist informed.
Follow-up: The views of both you and our candidates are important to us. Your opinion matters to us so please take the time to complete our brief online customer satisfaction survey.
