Global VP Of Engineering.

Global VP of Engineering required by market leading SaaS organisation based in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technology enthusiast whose forte is people, coaching, product, strategy and technology. Primarily an agile driven Microsoft stack (C#.Net, Azure etc). As the business looks to continue its growth, the ‘VP of Engineering' will lead a team of 30 split across the UK and internationally - team make up is developers, test and support working across both business and technology.

Reporting directly into the CTO and board the key here is for a visionary engineering leader who presides over the RnD teams, keeps up with new technologies and identifies correct architecture for the software in development.

The next phase of the strategy will be moving towards a more data centric model so experience of Azure, data pipelines ML/AI is advantageous.

You will collaborate with other business departments to roll out new SaaS solutions and have a strong vision for the engineering department promoting the best organisational patterns and practices.

With a lot of the processes successfully now in place, this by no means requires a ‘shake up' and rather offers a solid growth opportunity and for an individual to come in and execute the strategy moving forward.
