A CRM Application Support Analyst who has solid experience of Microsoft Dynamics and working in an SQL Server environment is required by my central Milton Keynes based client working a hybrid model of 2 days a week in the office.

 

You will be expected to provide CRM Application Support and IT support to all related business as usual activities, liaising with the technical support, infrastructure development team members and 3rd party suppliers to resolve problems, implement change, deploy software and data manipulation.

 

As part of this role, you will be required to carry out system configuration and integration activity, collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirements for Microsoft Dynamics implementation and provide technical support and training to end-users.

 

The Application Support Analyst will have -

 

  • 5+years' experience working in a Microsoft and SQL Server environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics support and configuration - CRM and NAV or Business Central.
  • Experience of supporting windows and web-based applications.
  • Any experience of Microsoft Power Apps and Azure services/DevOps is highly desirable.
